Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging. Email crafii@crafii.com within 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return. Include your order number and the items you would like to return. Proof of purchase is required.

How to return an item

  1. Email crafii@crafii.com before sending anything back.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions by email.
  3. Send the approved return within 14 days of receiving our return instructions. Package the items securely and keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Do not send a return to the address printed on your parcel or to our business address unless we have confirmed that address for your return.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If we sent an incorrect item or an item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required. Contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. Do not return a damaged or incorrect item before contacting us.

Refund timing

We will inspect your return and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Sets, value packs and used items

Return complete retail sets and value packs together, including all included items. Refunds are based on the amount paid after discounts. Used, cut, altered or assembled items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If an item in a set arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us for help with that item.

Exchanges and preorder cancellations

For a different product or size, request a return and place a new order. To cancel a preorder before dispatch, email crafii@crafii.com with your order number. Preorders canceled before dispatch receive a full refund. Once an order has dispatched, the return policy above applies.
